Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Music Pilot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the platform.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when signing up, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Artist, producer, and listener accounts each have different capabilities on the platform, described where relevant in-app.

2. Uploaded content

Artists and producers are solely responsible for the music, artwork, and descriptions they upload, and must own or hold the rights to distribute it. Music Pilot may remove, hide, or restrict any content that violates these terms, local law, or community guidelines, and may suspend or disable accounts for repeated or serious violations.

3. Pricing and payouts

Song and album prices are set in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) by the artist, subject to the platform minimum. Revenue splits between artists, producers, and Music Pilot are shown in-app at the time they apply. Payout schedules and methods are described in your dashboard.

4. Purchases

Purchased songs and albums are for personal listening and download. Reselling or redistributing purchased content without authorization is not permitted.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
